By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement, and if you are under eighteen (18), that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree that you will not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our products for any unlawful purpose.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability information. However, we cannot guarantee that all details on the website are free from errors, including typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website or in your order was inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order. Colors and fabrics are displayed as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your device screen and settings.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming we have received your order. This acknowledgment does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your order occurs only once payment has been successfully processed and we have shipped the item. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there are issues with payment authorization, suspicion of fraud, inventory errors, or any other reason that affects our ability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

All prices listed on our website are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. By entering your payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, or other accepted providers. We do not store your full credit card information.

Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days. Standard delivery times within the United States are estimated between seven to thirteen (7–13) business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the package to the shipping address you provided.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Certain items, such as final sale products, discounted clearance items, or intimate apparel, may not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a replacement or refund without requiring you to ship the item back. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned product. All content on our website, including but not limited to product designs, images, graphics, text, logos, and layout, is the property of NovaRaBloom B.V. and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaRaBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service at issue. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch law, as NovaRaBloom B.V. is registered in the Netherlands. However, local consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply. In the event of any dispute, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under local law.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website, with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of our website after changes have been posted means you accept those changes.
