Return & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns and exchanges process is simple and designed with your comfort in mind.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, we’ll make it right. You can choose between a full refund or a replacement — no return required. To process your claim, please provide a photo or short video as evidence.
Change of Mind / Unwanted Items
If your item arrives in perfect condition but you decide it’s not for you, you’re welcome to return it. Please note that:

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Bodysuits

Lingerie
-
Jewelry and accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats)
📌 Swimwear Policy: Swimwear must be tried on over underwear, and the hygiene liner must remain attached to qualify for return.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

Credit Cards: Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
